The Finnish Sauna, Hong Kong Style

Central's largest Finnish sauna. 85–95°C. Up to 30 people. Zero excuses.

Hong Kong moves fast. Your recovery should keep up. Our traditional Finnish sauna sits at 85–95°C — hot enough to mean it, big enough to bring the crew. It's the largest sauna in Central, and it's two minutes from your office.

What a proper sauna does?

This isn't a hotel steam room with a towel shortage. In a real Finnish sauna, your blood vessels dilate and circulation surges. Heat-shock proteins kick in — the ones linked to cellular repair and stress resilience. Muscles unclench. Cortisol drops. The group chat can wait.

The science is clear: regular sauna use is associated with clearer headspace, deeper sleep, faster recovery, and lower all-cause mortality (wow).

A sauna you don't do alone (unless you want to)

Some of the best conversations in Hong Kong happen at 90 degrees. Come solo for a quiet reset, or bring friends and call it a different kind of happy hour — no caffeine, no calories, no hangover. The temperature creeps higher, the conversations flow, and the tension you've been holding melts away.

Prefer silence? Some hours are reserved for quiet practice. Check our Instagram for the schedule.

Then comes the cold

A sauna is only half the ritual. Step out of the heat and into one of our five individual ice baths, kept at a crisp 5–10°C. The contrast — heat, cold, repeat — is where the real reset happens. That's the ASAP in Alternate Sauna And Plunge.
